All our orders are shipped with our official Outlet De Lux packaging. We do not provide special gift packaging, but our packaging is gift-capable as shipped.

Payment and currency

Prices in the online store are shown in Euros. The customer can buy from the country they prefer. Order processing starts after receipt of payment. No additional fees. The amount is charged at the time of the bank transfer. The invoice is issued on the day of shipment together with the package.

Order cancellation

Once your order is confirmed, we may cancel your order, change an item, the size, or edit the billing or shipping details before the items have been prepared for transport. We cannot combine orders or add items to an existing order once it has been confirmed. II- Case of cancellation of the order due to defects or hidden defects in the object of the shipment.

Important information

No price includes shipping costs. The total cost of the order is the price of the products ordered plus the shipping costs, which you will see indicated at the end of the purchase. Orders over € 50 shipping costs are free in the Iberian Peninsula.
