DELIVERY

Orders are sent from our warehouse and physical store in Puerto Banús to your delivery address. Please remember that shipments are not made to post offices.

JANKOS MARBELLA S.L. (OUTLET DE LUX) will not process any order whose delivery address is a PO box. The products will be sent to the delivery address indicated when placing the order or, where appropriate, to the address indicated in the customer account.

Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Please remember that orders placed on Friday afternoon, Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday morning.

Orders will be sent within a maximum period of 24/48 hours from the formalization and complete payment thereof. The dispatch of all orders placed after 3:00 p.m. will be processed the next business day. Business days will be understood as all those included from Monday to Friday, holidays being expressly excluded, both at the regional level of Andalusia and holidays at the state level.

In times of promotions and / or sales, the shipment of the order may take up to 7 working days.

Upon receipt of the order, OUTLET DE LUX will inform the customer of a possible stock depletion due to the existence of a promotion, in order for them to decide on the purchase made or, if applicable, receive it within 7 days.

In case of supervening or manifest impossibility of meeting the indicated deadlines, the client will be notified as soon as possible by email of such circumstance.

Shipments will be made at the address indicated by the transport agency designated by JANKOS MARBELLA S.L. (OUTLET DE LUX) that will make up to a maximum of two attempts. If they are unsuccessful, the agency will keep the order for a maximum period of 6 days after which it will return to the facilities of JANKOS MARBELLA S.L. (OUTLET DE LUX). Shipments cannot be made to CityPack points under any circumstances. The successive shipments will be assumed again and entirely by the client.

DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated transit time after shipment:

European Union: 1-5 business days. As soon as the package leaves our store, we will send you an email with the package tracking number to check the delivery status at any time.

Spain (Iberian Peninsula): Express Shipping Option · 2-4 business days. Shipping from Monday to Friday during business hours.

Other countries: 5 to 10 business days. Please remember that in the case of deliveries outside the European Union, orders are processed but not shipped on the same day. Packages must clear customs before they can be shipped. This operation normally takes 3/4 days. For this reason, the package generally takes about 8/10 days to reach its destination. Similarly, as soon as the package leaves our store, we will send you an email with the package tracking number to check the delivery status at any time.

JANKOS MARBELLA S.L. (OUTLET DE LUX) is not responsible for delays in transport due to international customs issues or any other circumstance that is beyond the control of the company.

Transportation outside the European Union may include other charges that are the responsibility of the buyer. We cannot predict what the additional charges will be.

Customs: in the event that your region or country has customs, the costs generated there will be paid by the customer who receives the package, with no possibility of being assumed by JANKOS MARBELLA S.L. (OUTLET DE LUX). For more information regarding the customs policy of your country, please contact your local customs office.

The USER must notify the Customer Service of JANKOS MARBELLA S.L. (OUTLET DE LUX) and as soon as possible any delay or lack of delivery. JANKOS MARBELLA S.L. (OUTLET DE LUX) will proceed as soon as possible to resolve the existing contingency.

Any claim made within a period of more than 30 calendar days from when the order should have been received will not be attended to.

*** TEMPORARILY: Our service is available only for Spain, the Iberian Peninsula, with the exception of Ceuta, Melilla, the Canary Islands and the Balearic Islands, which will be added as soon as possible. CONTACTLESS DELIVERY (COVID-19)

Our carriers are implementing a new delivery policy to ensure that we distance ourselves socially to protect everyone's safety.

Your driver will make sure not to get closer than 2 meters from you and your signature will no longer be required for the Carrier's device. You will receive further information and assistance from the driver upon delivery.

SHIPPING COSTS

Spain: for shipments within the Iberian Peninsula, with a cost of more than € 50 for items in our online store, the shipping cost will be free.

You can request express shipping at a cost of € 10 additional to the value of your purchase, within the peninsula to receive your shipment in 2-4 business days.

European Union: € 30 - € 50* (The exact value will be indicated automatically at the end of your purchase).
Other countries: € 30 - € 100* (The exact value will be indicated automatically at the end of your purchase).

Keep in mind:

Our objective is to make the delivery respecting the terms mentioned above; however, delivery dates are not exactly guaranteed as shipments are handled by third parties and are subject to local carrier holidays.

We will not be able to change the shipping address for orders after the purchase process. (If you need to, you can contact us immediately after making the purchase through our customer service at hola@outletdelux.es or by phone within our business hours, if the purchase is made and 24/48 hours have not elapsed We could change the delivery address as an exceptional case to provide a better service to your needs).

If there is no one at the indicated shipping address who can accept delivery of the package, the carrier will leave a notification in the mailbox.

Regarding the risk of loss of the articles, once these articles are received, you will be responsible for them. All items will be shipped from our warehouse and physical store in Puerto Banús, Marbella.

Upon delivering the Products to our carrier, we will send you a shipping confirmation email.

LEGAL GUARANTEES

The products sold by JANKOS MARBELLA S.L. (OUTLET DE LUX) are subject to the conditions of legal guarantees provided in articles 114 to 127 of the TRLDCU regarding guarantees and after-sales services and in the same way with regard to the perfection of contracts outside the commercial establishment and the provisions of Law 34/2002 of July 11 on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce.

JANKOS MARBELLA S.L. (OUTLET DE LUX) undertakes to deliver a new product, in accordance with the purchase contract and free of defects, so that the product adapts to the benefits that are ordinarily used for products of the same type, and presents the characteristics described during their sale.

In the event that the purchased product presents deficiencies and / or defects and provided that it has not been manipulated, washed, etc. and does not respond to the ordinary use or ordinary disuse of the thing, JANKOS MARBELLA S.L. (OUTLET DE LUX) will assume the damage, empowering the customer to choose between the return or exchange of the item purchased.

In the event that the return or exchange for an identical item is impossible, the customer may demand the refund of the amount paid and return the product, seeing the difference paid if this option is chosen.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms, Conditions and Documents drawn up here will be governed and interpreted in accordance with Spanish Law, although these conditions do not prevent the application, if any, and in accordance with EC Regulation 593/2008 of more favorable provisions for the consumer as long as they exist in full force in the legal system of the country of the consumer's domicile.

In the event of a discrepancy with these and / or the marketing process or products received, you can go to the EU Online Conflict Resolution platform, available at www.ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

In the same way, the different Offices and Consumer Institutions at the national level (Spain) are at your disposal.

RETURNS

WITHDRAWAL, EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Purchase withdrawal

The customer has the right of withdrawal within a period of 14 days from receipt of the order.

Returns covered by the withdrawal prescribed in the TRLGDCU will not be attended when it is appreciated that the articles have been used, manipulated, damaged or any other analogous that prevents JANKOS MARBELLA S.L. (OUTLET DE LUX) put it up for sale in the same conditions as it did with the client exercising the withdrawal.

The customer will be satisfied with all the amounts, price and shipping costs, although those related to the costs of return and making them available to JANKOS MARBELLA S.L. (OUTLET DE LUX), under the provisions of article 108.1 TRLGDCU, unless upon receipt of the order presents any contingency attributable to JANKOS MARBELLA S.L. (OUTLET DE LUX).

Returns & Exchanges

In the event of disagreement with the order received, the customer may, within 30 calendar days of receiving it, communicate her intention to exchange, either for the same item of a different size, or for a voucher whose value will be equivalent to the amount of the purchase whose change is intended, or for the amount of the garment, discounting the management costs of the return (shipping costs, these will always be borne by the customer).

If you choose the refund option, the refund period can be up to 30 days, once we receive the item in our office.

All the costs that are generated as a result of the change or return of the order will be borne by the customer, who through our Customer Service may proceed as indicated. We will guide you through the exchange or return process in a personalized way.

Likewise, in the case of returns requested both from the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla, as well as from outside the Spanish mainland, the maximum period for the customer to proceed with the processing of the return is 30 calendar days from the purchase.

The returns requested from Portugal and the Balearic Islands are excepted from the above, which will have the same treatment as that provided for returns requested from the Spanish mainland, with the maximum processing period for the return being 30 calendar days from the purchase.

In online returns of purchases made in a physical store, and under article 170.3 of the TRLGDCU, the approximate period for the refund of the amount may be delayed until the receipt of the products by JANKOS MARBELLA S.L. (OUTLET DE LUX).

In the same way, the client may and at his / her free choice, designate the transport company in charge of removing the order to proceed with the exchange or return. JANKOS MARBELLA S.L. (OUTLET DE LUX) is not responsible in any case for the loss or misplacement of the order whose return or exchange is interested and is carried out by this means.

JANKOS MARBELLA S.L. (OUTLET DE LUX) reserves the right not to accept the change if once the garment is received, it is in poor condition, used, stained, broken, washed or in inadequate conditions, communicating the aforementioned incident to the client.

The change is accepted or as long as the products that include the aforementioned categories are not used, or unsealed. In the event of disagreement with the status of the order received, the customer will have to communicate the defect that the same suffers within a maximum period of 24 hours from receipt of it; otherwise, compliance will be presumed, that it has been used and therefore neither exchange nor return will be possible. In the event that the client makes a return of the aforementioned items for exchange, they will be informed so that they can order the collection of them at their expense in accordance with the provisions of article 108.1 of the Consolidated Text of the General Law of Defense of Consumers and Users.

We want our customers to be satisfied with their orders. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept - within 30 days of receipt of your purchase - your return or exchange of a product that does not show signs of having been used. Returns / Exchanges must be accompanied by the box and include the accessories that were delivered in your order. The product must be in the same, optimal, condition in which it was delivered on the date of purchase.

How to return / exchange your orders from your home:

Contact us and inform us of your intention to return / exchange the product through the email: hola@outletdelux.es

In the package you will be sent the purchase receipt along with an exchange / return note. Fill in the note and include it in the package for collection.

The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received. If you no longer have the original packaging, you must replace it with one of similar sizes and capacity. It is important that this return is made within 14 days from when the order was received (the 14-day period begins on the day you receive your order), since after those days the return or exchange cannot be made).

After informing us of your interest in the return, you must request a courier company to come to your home and collect the package, the return costs will be borne by the customer.

JANKOS MARBELLA S.L. (OUTLET DE LUX) will return the cost of the items less the initial shipping costs and changes in size, if any, except in the case of manufacturing or quality defects by JANKOS MARBELLA S.L. (OUTLET DE LUX), in which case the entire ticket plus the return shipping costs will be paid within a period of 15 business days.

For returns of orders sent in the European Union, and outside the European Union, the customer will also be responsible for the amount of shipping costs to our office. If it is a change, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs from his home to the office and JANKOS MARBELLA S.L. (OUTLET DE LUX) will notify you of the new charge for the subsequent shipment from the office to your home with the new size requested.

Refund of the purchase amount: in the case of payment, the amount will be paid through the same means with which the purchase was made, be it PayPal, card or bank transfer. The payment cannot be made after 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.

Access your customer menu, go to the "MY ACCOUNT" section to check your orders in "HISTORY AND DETAILS OF MY ORDERS".

For each order you will have the possibility to click on the "RETURN" button, thus opening the return form that you must fill out and send.

In the section "MERCHANDISE RETURNS" you will also find all your pending / completed returns.

We will inform you about the status of your return by email to Guest and Registered Customer, and the Registered Customer may also observe the status of your return in the section indicated above.

Remember that:

Please, we have up to 30 days to complete the refund, counting from the day we receive the items you are returning at our office.

Of course, we will do our best to refund your money as soon as possible, within 30 days, in fact: normally the payment of refunds via credit cards / PayPal or bank transfers takes place within 10 days from the moment in which we receive the returned items in our office. Please remember that the transport costs paid for the shipment of your order are NOT refundable.
